The winter of getting things finished. Yet another project that has been sitting in my basement "crafting" area for a year!
I had an idea that I wanted to play with using doorknobs for feet. I just never knew what they would go onto. Then this little beauty walked into my life.

Using that old metal stand for cooking chicken upright, I painted it although not necessary then cut old ribbon about 6" in length and started at the top tieing all the way down then. to give it some...
My husband knows I like old boxes, so he found this at a yard sale for $3. It needed a bottom but otherwise was in good shape. I added a hinged pallet top and the base is some some pieces I picked up...

Metal and wood. These are a few of my favorite things! I'm always on the look out for new ways to repurpose these old bins. I thought of a few and when the idea was laid out, it appeared as though this design could use them in each manner!

I was given these by a local store. Um. Last year! They called me up and said - we have no clue what to do with these. But they are fun. And they really don't need to be in the dump. We figured if anyone could do something to save them. You can. Sooooo. I did.
